Fees and Charges
We operate on either a fee or a commission charging basis. When fees are charged they are agreed in advance of work and can be levied either on an hourly or a ‘per job’ rate to suit your requirements and to ensure the most cost-effective basis possible.
When commission is your chosen course we disclose this in writing in every case, as required of us by our regulator. In short, no client receives an advisory or management service from Baigrie Davies without knowing exactly what is being paid for, thus clarifying the value-for-money we offer.
Our heavy investment in IT and tight management structure allows us to provide a highly cost-effective service while remaining profitable!
